Login with your QMUL username and password on:
Standard Softphone Users: https://micollab.qmul.ac.uk/ucs/micollab/
Clearing Agents: https://micollab-micc.qmul.ac.uk/ucs/micollab/
Click on Settings in the left-hand menu, then Genera, Self Deployment.
Click on the QR-code to re-register your MiCollab client.
If prompted, click Open MiCollab.
Enter your QMUL password and click Apply.
Your MiCollab softphone is now registered.
Close the browser window opened earlier.
