Instructions on how to reset PIN for Roaming Extensions and for Voicemail
For Clearing Agents browse to: https://micollab-micc.qmul.ac.uk/portal
For Standard Softphones and Roaming Extensions, browse to: https://micollab.qmul.ac.uk/portal
1). At the login page, enter your AD username and password
2). Click on the ‘Passcode’ menu item. (Highlighted in RED below).
3). Follow the prompts and enter your old PIN code and your new pin code.
4). Click Save. This passcode is now set for your voicemail (if configured) and for your roaming extension (if applicable)
