Print, copy and scan (Students)

  • Service Group: Help, Support, and Policy Service
  • Users: Students

Service Description

There are printers in the Computer Labs (PC Labs) and in the Libraries for use by students.
If you print a document you have 24 hours to collect it at any printer located in areas accessible to Students. You swipe your student ID card at the printer terminal, and release the jobs you’d like to print from your personal queue. The larger devices in the Library also offer copying and scanning facilities.
Scanning is free but you will need a USB memory stick on which to save your scanned documents and images. For instructions on scanning, please visit the Library website .

Wireless printing

Send your documents to a QMUL printer from your laptop, smartphone or tablet (anywhere with web access), and pick them up within 24 hours.
