Service Description

Articles Search is an externally hosted service that provides the Library's principal discovery service to its extensive collections of online search services and electronic resources - databases, books, journal articles, reports, conference papers &c.
Articles Search is freely available to all via the internet, although logging in with College credentials is required for access to subscribed books, journals and other online resources discovered during the search and refinement process. This is also required for placing interlibrary loan requests for discovered resources to which the Library does not subscribe.

Library – Articles Search related requests should be made 5 working days in advance.

Cost

There is no cost to the user for this service, but it is a role based service so will need local approval prior to requesting access.

Availability

Hours of Service: 24/7/365
Supported Monday to Friday 8am–6pm (excluding bank holidays and university closure days).
