Self Service

This summer, our Self-Service Ticketing system Ivanti (previously LANDesk) is getting a major facelift

Over the summer, Ivanti is undergoing a major upgrade - the first complete transformation of the looks and design since the original launch back in November 2013

Over the past several months, we have been working on upgrading the system and the first major change you as a user will experience is the new look self-service portal which you will automatically see when you login from Tuesday 4th July 2017

The new self-service portal will include;

    • A easy to navigate landing page
    • Top 10 request templates
    • A fresh new look and feel
    • Enhanced search facility
    • Improved accessibility from mobile devices

But that’s not it, we have plenty more coming your way over the summer!
    • Additional features and functionality
    • A new easy to use customer focused Service Catalogue
    • Updated ‘How to’ and ‘User Guides’
