When you configure your email, or any other Office 365 App to use your QMUL account, for the first time on a new device, you will be required to satisfy Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).
If you haven't registered yet, you can do that at https://sspr.qmul.ac.uk
This combined registration process will give you access to both Multi-Factor Authentication and Self Service Password Reset.
