Password

Password Reset Manager (PRM) is a secure service that allows you to manage your own QM password 24/7 from anywhere in the world without having to contact the IT Helpdesk.

Most networked IT services, including Office 365 email, managed computers, and the 'eduroam' wireless network, use the same QMUL password. Therefore, when you change your password in PRM for one of these services, your password will automatically change for all the others.

Sign in to the Password Reset Manager (PRM) service here: https://prm.password.qmul.ac.uk/

If you have any problems or need assistance setting your password, please contact the IT Helpdesk.
