IT Loan Laptop Service

Service Item Title: Loan Laptop Service

Service Description:  Subject to Availability. The IT Loan Laptop Service offers staff the ability to loan a laptop from IT Services for a short period of up to one week. This service is limited to one laptop per person.

How to request this service:

Contact the helpdesk on ext 8888.

Lead time:

IT Loan Laptop Requests should be made at least 5 working days in advance.
Cost:
N/A, however your department is responsible for any cost incurred due to loss or damage during the loan period.

Availability:

Hours of Service: 24/7/365, can only be picked up during the working hours 8AM – 6PM.
Supported Monday to Friday 8am–6pm (excluding bank holidays and College closure days).
