Service Description  

Queen Mary is currently undergoing a complete core IT Infrastructure technology refresh.
IT Services (ITS) and Procurement Teams have conducted a tender for a QMUL wide single supplier for PCs, monitors, laptops and tablet devices (non Apple). The successful bidder was Dell and contracts and specifications for standard stock devices have been agreed.
Computers Accessories and  Peripherals can be purchased via the IT Helpdesk.

Computers Accessories and  Peripherals related requests should be made 10-20 working days in advance

There are costs to the user for this service, these can be found on the Self-Service page under Service Catalogue or as per quote

Availability

Hours of Service: 24/7/365
Supported Monday to Friday 8am–6pm (excluding bank holidays and university closure days).
