HR Systems - MyHR

Service Description  

MyHR holds information held in the College's HR/Payroll back office systems available and makes it available to authorised staff.  It provides web-based employee and manager self-service access to relevant processes and data

Employee driven changes are such as personal details, next of kin, view and print pay slips and P60’s, etc., request annual leave via an online form.
Manager access (for College managers and Heads of Departments):
Managers can view contractual information about their staff and authorise requests for annual leave.

MyHR related requests should be made 5 working days in advance

Cost

There is no cost to the user for this service, but it is a role based service so will need local approval prior to requesting access.

Availability

Hours of Service: 24/7/365
Supported Monday to Friday 8am–6pm (excluding bank holidays and university closure days).
