Password Reset Manager Tool (PRM) is a self-service tool which can be accessed via  Staff and PGR students with a QMUL account can change or reset their own password without having to contact the Service Desk.

All other students will find information on how to reset their password here

How to request the service


Lead time

PRM related requests should be resolved immediately via self-service.


There is no cost to the user for this service.


Hours of Service: 24/7/365
Supported Monday to Friday 8am–6pm (excluding bank holidays and university closure days).
