Description

IT Services (ITS) provide centralised account administration for staff and students.  

This service includes; issuing new accounts, enabling and disabling existing accounts, unlocking accounts, and password resets,  

ITS also provides access to File Storage, manages quotas for personal or shared storage and facilitates File restores.  ITS accounts enable access to shared QMUL email mailboxes and access to Wi-Fi services.

How to request this Service

Use the Self-service: Helpdesk option to raise a request for all User Account requests.

Lead time

IT User Account related requests should be made 5 working days in advance. 

This does not include cost or lead time for For IT Equipment, which can be found here.  

Cost

There is no cost to the user for this service.

Availability

Hours of Service: 24/7/365
Supported Monday to Friday 8am–6pm (excluding bank holidays and university closure days).
