The team is made up of project professionals; Project and Programme Managers, Project Management Officers and Business Analysts with domain expertise in the functions where we manage change. This team is led by the Assistant Director for Projects and Change. The team is responsible for delivering major IT projects and the resulting changes in the IT environment.
