QM-Spam-Warning Mail Headers

The following message headers are added to email messages which exceed scores based on SpamAssassin tests . The tests include, for example, the occurrence of certain regular expressions, anomalies in time and date stamps and sender information and indicative message structures.

X-QM-Spam-Warning: <Possibly | Probably>

The total score resulting from all tests is used to apply the X-QM-Spam-Warning header as follows:

  • If the message equals or exceeds a score of 5.0 the X-QM-Spam-Warning header takes the value 'Possibly'.
  • If the message equals or exceeds a score of 7.5 the X-QM-Spam-Warning header takes the value 'Probably'.
