Setting Mailbox Access Privileges With ACLTool
Each mailbox (or folder) on the IMAP server has a set of access privileges which control who has access to it. By default, your mail folders are only available to you. However, it is possible to make any or all of your imap folders visible to other users. For example, you may want a colleague to be able to deal with your mail whilst you are away. The web-based IMAP Mailbox Access Control Management utility, AclTool, allows you to view and change these access privileges.
On accessing the ACLTool you will be prompted to log in via the IDcheck screen using your central staff (IMAP) username and password if you have not already done so in your current session. Once you have successfully logged in, the following screen will appear showing a list of your IMAP folders:

When you have finished setting access privileges, click on Logout towards the top right of the screen.
If you haven't already logged in to the ACLTool, you can start it from here in a new browser window
