Staff and Research Postgraduate Accounts

Most staff and research postgraduates have mail accounts on the college's central (IMAP) mail service. The following links apply to reading mail both on and off campus.

Some departments, for example Electronic Engineering and Computer Science and Physics run their own mail servers so staff in those departments should follow guidance given by their department.

Undergraduate and Taught Postgraduate Accounts

Undergraduates and taught postgraduates now access their mail accounts via Office 365.

Returning students' mailboxes will be moved to the new system during August/September 2012 and you will be emailed before you are moved with details of how to access the new system.

The old (legacy) mail system and Help pages will still be accessible during this transition period.
